Refund policy
Returns are dependent on a case by case basis with the primary goal to keep our customers satisfied. We believe in our products and we want all customers to by happy with their purchase. All requests will be treated fairly and within reason.
RETURNS: Due to hygienic reason our products are non-refundable.
DEFECTS: If you received a damaged or defective item please email support@eunabeauty.com with your order # and a clear photo of the problem within 48 hours of receiving you package. You will need to provide a detailed description of the issue so that we can make it right. Note that international return postage will be covered at expense of customer.
EXCHANGES: EUNA BEAUTY does not offer exchanges for change of mind. All products are final sale.
